Double click the Quotes icon near the system tray for a smile or some deep thoughts. If your settings allow this doubleclicking Quotes changes your email signature. You can also change your settings that your signature is automatically changed in a certain time interval. Right clicking to Q icon gives you access to Quotefreak (place where Quotes stores it's quotations), your settings and the logon form.

Quotes can automatically add a random quotation to your email signature. Outlook, Windows Mail and Thunderbird and many more mailers are supported, read more. If you use a webmail program, for example Gmail or Live Hotmail you can use press windowskey-Q where you want to insert a random quotation. Change your settings to use a different windowskey or to automatically add a random quotation to your email signature in Outook or Windows mail. You can change your signature after Quotes has added a quotation.

By default Quotes retrieves random quotations from the Qliner Quotefreak wisdom tag. In your Quotes settings you can add and remove tags for new random quotations. On Quotefreak you can add your own quotations and tags for everyone to share. If you prefer to use private quotations in your email signatures you can add those in the private quotes settings section.
